This was exactly what I wanted. A good quality short cotton skirt to wear over a bathing suit. I bought it in black and white. The white is a little thin so you can see through, but the black is perfect. It arrived on time. I had shopped all over the place looking for this perfect black/white mini and finally resorted to looking online. I couldn't be more pleased.
